What is a Dining Package?
A Dining Package gives you a Ticket allowance and cart capacity across the dates shown in your account. Choose dishes using Tickets and arrange them into scheduled carts.
Are Tickets the same as meals?
No. Different dishes can cost different numbers of Tickets (Tix). The number of dishes you can select depends on those costs, your remaining allowance and the package limits.
How long can I use my package?
Check the start and end dates displayed for your package. Available ordering times also depend on the restaurant’s schedule and preparation notice.
What happens after I pay?
Follow the checkout instructions and wait for the purchase confirmation. Use Load Carts where offered to make the confirmed package available for ordering; sending a transfer alone is not a confirmation.
Why can’t I choose a particular dish or time?
Your selected address or dining mode, restaurant coverage, service hours, preparation notice and package allowances can all affect the available choices. Review these details in Dish Orders.
Can I change a cart?
Use the editing controls available in Your Carts and review the displayed editing deadline. Some changes become unavailable as preparation approaches.
Who fulfills my meals?
Participating restaurants fulfill their orders within their published service areas and time windows. Dine-in is available where the restaurant offers it.
How do I check an order?
Open View Status for the relevant cart. It shows the recorded information available for that order. Contact DK if an order needs attention.
Do I need an invitation?
Invitations apply only to DKChat, which is currently available exclusively to Canadians. To request one, email admin@delicacykitchens.com with the subject DK invitation request. An invitation is not required for the other DK services.
